Terms of Service

1. Adults only

xStars is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. You may not create an account, upload, view age-restricted content, or participate if you are under 18. Do not misrepresent your age. We may request age and identity verification, restrict access while verification is pending, and close accounts that fail checks.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use a unique password, and promptly tell us through the site’s support/contact channel if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Do not impersonate another person, sell or transfer an account, evade a suspension, abuse verification systems, or use the service to harass or threaten others.

3. Creator eligibility and verification

Creator tools require application/approval and completion of applicable email, age, identity and performer checks. Approval is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn for safety, legal or policy reasons. Each person depicted in intimate or sexual material must be a verified adult and must have freely and knowingly consented to the recording, the specific content, and its publication/distribution. Uploaders must retain accurate records and supply them through approved private verification workflows when requested. A checkbox alone does not replace evidence or verification.

4. Content ownership, licences and warranties

You retain ownership of content you own. By uploading or submitting content, you grant xStars a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the period the content is hosted to store, reproduce, transcode, create technical thumbnails/previews, display, deliver, moderate and promote that content in connection with operating and improving the service. This licence ends for ordinary public display when the content is deleted or removed, subject to backups, legal preservation, safety investigations and prior lawful uses. You warrant that you own or control all necessary rights, permissions, releases, music and other licences, and that the upload does not infringe anyone’s rights.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not upload, request, share or facilitate: any sexual content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor; non-consensual intimate imagery; hidden-camera or voyeuristic sexual content; content made through force, coercion, intoxication, trafficking or exploitation; sexual deepfakes or impersonation without the depicted adult’s informed consent; sexual content involving animals; rape or abuse presented as actual conduct; doxxing, threats, blackmail or harassment; stolen content or content distributed without permission; unlawful hate, exploitation or other illegal material; malware, scams, spam, or attempts to bypass security, paywalls or moderation. Do not use tags, titles, thumbnails or descriptions to mislead users or disguise prohibited content.

6. Moderation, reports and takedowns

Uploads may remain private or unavailable while reviewed. We may label, limit, age-gate, demonetise, remove or restrict content; suspend or close accounts; preserve relevant records; and refer matters to competent authorities where appropriate or legally required. We prioritise reports of suspected minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, coercion, trafficking and immediate danger. Reports may result in temporary restriction before a final decision. No automated system can guarantee detection of all unlawful material.

7. Tokens, Premium and pricing

Prices, token amounts, unlock costs and membership duration are those shown at the point of purchase/request, subject to correction for obvious errors and applicable consumer law. Tokens are digital service credits and are not cash, bank deposits or transferable currency. A token unlock applies to the identified content under the rules displayed at the time; Premium does not automatically unlock token-exclusive content. Token balances and purchases may be subject to manual confirmation and anti-fraud checks. Do not submit payment credentials or voucher PINs except in the designated payment flow. Refunds, cancellations and remedies are governed by applicable law and the specific offer; nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Creator earnings and payouts

Displayed creator earnings are records calculated under the site’s configured rate and eligible token activity; they are not a guarantee of income. Payouts may require identity, banking and proof-of-account verification, a minimum threshold, tax information, and administrator review. Fraudulent activity, reversed or disputed transactions, duplicate accounts or prohibited content may delay, adjust or disqualify earnings where lawful. Never submit another person’s banking details without authority. Applicable tax obligations remain the creator’s responsibility.

9. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal information and browser storage are handled. Do not publish another person’s private information without a lawful basis and permission. Contact us through the site’s contact/support channel to make a privacy request or report misuse.

10. Availability, third parties and security

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or uninterrupted access to any particular content. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features. External links and service providers may be governed by their own terms. Do not attempt to access private storage, restricted endpoints or another user’s account without permission.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for user-generated content merely because it is hosted, but we will respond to valid reports under our policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud, or liability for intentional misconduct where exclusion is prohibited.

12. Suspension, closure and retention

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion tools may not be available to every role or while an investigation or legal hold applies. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, safety risks, legal requirements or operational reasons. We may retain limited records needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement or legal compliance after content or an account is removed.

13. Complaints, appeals and legal requests

Use the in-site report function for content concerns and the contact/support channel for account, privacy, billing or moderation appeals. Include the relevant URL, content identifier, reason and information reasonably needed to review the request. Do not email, upload or forward suspected illegal sexual imagery as evidence. We may ask for further information to verify a request and will respond as reasonably practicable, subject to safety and legal restrictions.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable South African law and any mandatory law applicable to you, including applicable consumer-protection and electronic-communications rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts with jurisdiction, without removing mandatory rights. We may update these terms; the revised date will be shown here. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
